Booking Terms
1. Booking Confirmation
By completing a booking through The Balkan Adventures, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the third-party provider of the tour, ticket, or service.
2. Payment
Payment terms are provided at the time of booking and must be adhered to. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
The Balkan Adventures establishes platform-wide standards and guidelines that our partners (service providers) are required to adhere to, especially regarding cancellations and refunds. However, specific cancellation policies may vary by product or service. It is your responsibility to review these policies before making a booking.
4. Changes and Modifications
Any changes or modifications to bookings must be made in accordance with the provider’s policies and may be subject to additional fees.
5. Liability
The Balkan Adventures establishes platform-wide standards and guidelines that our partners (service providers) are required to adhere to. However, we act solely as a booking platform and are not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of third-party providers. Should any disputes or issues arise, they must be addressed directly with the service provider.
6. Governing Law
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Croatia, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in our Terms of Use.
Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods
The Balkan Adventures accepts payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other payment methods specified on our platform. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and processors to ensure secure transactions.
2. Payment Responsibility
By making a booking through The Balkan Adventures, you agree to pay all charges associated with the booking, including taxes, fees, and any additional costs incurred.
3. Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize the selected third-party payment processor to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.
4. Payment Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment processing. Some service providers, however, reserve the right to hold a reservation of your booking for 24h to 48h before confirming your booking.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
5. Currency
All payments are processed in the currency specified on our platform at the time of booking. Currency conversion fees may apply if paying with a currency other than the one specified.
6. Payment Security
Payments are securely processed through reputable third-party payment providers that adhere to industry security standards, including encryption and fraud protection measures. While we take security seriously, The Balkan Adventures does not directly process or store payment details and cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error in the payment process or dispute any charges, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with the payment processor to investigate and resolve any issues promptly.
8. Refunds
Refund policies vary by provider. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider’s policies and may be subject to processing fees.
9. Payment Failure
If a payment fails for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Please ensure your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds available.
10. Payment Terms Acceptance
By completing a booking through The Balkan Adventures, you acknowledge and agree to these Payment Terms.
